I am researching the name Hirons particularly from the following areas/counties:

Bromsgrove
Pershore
Stourbridge
Quarry Bank

and other areas of Worcestershire

Deakin, Tanser, Tansur, Hirons, Drew, Ward, Tayler, Pownall
Currently researching the men commemorated on the war memorial, Broadway, who died in the First World War

I have HIRON relatives from Gloucestershire and Bristol, going back to Alveston and primarily centered around Westbury-on-Trym. I've seen a number of references to HIRON and HIRONS from Worcestershire, so I'd be curious to know if there's any crossover.
