Alfred James Wildee Humphrey was born Dec 28, 1862.  He married Henrietta Judd.  They're my great-grandparents.

Doris Marjorie was my grandmother. Inez, May and Elsie her sisters.  Elsie died young.  There was also a brother named Gerald. All emigrated to Canada around 1909.

I have the marriage of Gerald Alfred Humphrey to Bertha Agnes Allen which shows his father as Alfred Sharman Humphrey.

The 1st marriage of Gerald's father Alfred was to to Annie Fox and not Henrietta Judd as I first thought.

His second marriage was to Jessie Anne Nealer

My great uncle's name was Gerald Thomas Humphrey, not Gerald Alfred Humphrey.  He was born in 1889, died 1976 in Saskatchewan.  His wife's name was Marguerite F Charbonn.  They had 2 sons. His father, Alfred James Wildee Humphrey died September 10, 1946 in BC. His wife Henrietta Judd was born in 1863 and died in 1959.  She's buried in Saskatchewan with Uncle Gerald.  Alfred James Wildee Humphrey's parents were James Thomas Humphrey and Matilda Udall.  James died at 45.

Do you have anything on the Gambrell family (also spelt Gambrill/Gambriell/Gambrelle)?  I've not so far found any of them married to Humphrey's, but they were fairly prolific so it's more than possible I've missed something?
