Hallmark, there are only 4 deeds relating to Bleazby as the Grantor.  The marriage you found was under Creed as the grantor.... there are 440 deeds where Creed is the Grantor.. I have read downloaded every single one of them.
Some marriage settlements don't even refer to the couple as grantor/grantee and will only be found when Nick Reddans project is completed.  I have uploaded many of them into Nick's project.

And yes, I looked under Smyth and Bleazby but no marriage settlement for c1834.

As  another aside, a Charles Creed also married into the Bleazby family in 1745. Charles is Edward's brother and Ann Beazby dies sometime before 1778 without issue. The name is transcribed as Beezely in the London Magazine

Hi Jenny,

Yes I am the owner of the Smyth Tree. The 1807 is just a guestimate as was the same approximate date of birth of her spouse. I'll update it to 1814 which is still a guess but bearing in mind they married in 1834, that would make her around 20 years of age when she got married...not finding anything on my Charlotte Bleasby / Bleazby at all. I spent about 2 hours last night searching the web and Ancestry... :(

Carrie

you could search the deeds by placename on familysearch to try and find more info on Bleazby Hall or the various places mentioned in Rosscarbery.
on familysearch, select catalog
click on author and enter "Ireland registry of deeds" enter.
you then get five results
click on the bottom one, "transcripts of memorial deeds... "https://www.familysearch.org/search/catalog/185720?availability=Family%20History%20Library
wait for the page to load... its quite large then scroll down to the land indexes and look for the one you want then click on the camera icon on the far right of the screen.  This will open up the film images which you can scroll through until you find the place you are looking for.

Yes, I was just clearing up that there are others, as it looked like there are only 4 deeds relating to Bleazby as the Grantor.
