Where do I find?

hi

I have 2 deaths of a Nicholas Thomas Harry .... both registered in Bury, Lancashire
One in 1894 and the other in 1895....The 1894 was the first husband of my grt gran and the second possibly the son they had that died .....

Where do I look to see if they were buried....Although both registered in Bury....I think they probably died in Radcliffe as this is where they lived most of their lives...

Bridget died in 1933 and is buried in Radcliffe Cemetery along with her second husband and his brother....but these are the only 3 in the grave....

Where do I find out whose buried in Cemeteries....without going and looking.

You may find that they have the records of their three cemeteris, Bury, Radcliffe and Ramsbottom.

What seems a long time ago ,now, the cemetery offices gave interment information at no cost but all that has changed.  However, having the year of interment may be of some help and they should be able to give somthing to you, hopefully.

Nicholas Thomas Harry Jnr is registered as dying in the June Qtr 1895 (0Yrs old), Bury 8c 432

His Father (named as 'Nicholas HARRY') died: June Qtr 1894 (24Yrs old),  Bury 8c 334

Thanks for the info about the Cemetery....I will take a bus ride as it's not too far from me....

I had the death details, jst want to know if they are buried and if so ...Where...

Just in case you've got access to films in your local library, I've found quite a few burial announcements in local papers, even some locals buried abroad! 

Just a thought.

Hi Cissy

If you click on "Bury" on the FreeBMD page, and then on "here", it gives you the list of townships making up the Bury registration district. Radcliffe is included as you suspected, plus 17 others.
