have tried to get onto emerald ancestors but it states page cannot be found any help would be great

Hiya Kate,

It might be a case of trying again later. I have a note of the name and phone number of the guy
who runs the site so I'll contact him in a few hour time and let you know the situation later.

Chris Paton, in the Reader Feedback section of "Your Family Tree", mentioned Emerald Ancestors. Like many genealogists with Irish ancestors Chris admitted he is raving about this great site. He said "It is the first really useful online index for Northern Irish records, and though incomplete, really fills a vast void on the internet when it comes to researching links in Ulster. They have some pricing issues to sort out, but the index itself really goes above and beyond the call of duty and is very affordable." The comments I've been getting say much the same thing as Chris Paton said.
