Would you know anything else about him,as there are 2 that fit one married to a Harriett hes a frame knitter and another married to Amy hes a shoe maker,but on images it just gives Nottingham as pob.

the 1871 census is him because he did have a brother called Joseph who was two years older than James.i am not sure which in the other two census thanks

I have Joseph on 1891 1901 married to Caroline and hes a farmer on 91 living in Harworth but havent found a trace of James yet.

born oxton Nottingham 1850. father also James born 1821 was a framework Knitter married to Alice  b 1824  in Ilkeston Derby. Amy  was born in Radford Nottingham maiden name Bignall 1851 1906
