There are also a large number of Elizabeth CLARE in Daresbury, Runcorn, Warrington circa 1862. Thanks to everyone for your help.

We appear to have the same ancestors. My ancestor, Charles Powell, married Sarah's sister Margaret. However, I too have not been able to find Charles' birth. The information someone sent you is correct. Charles Prince married Jane Davies the daughter of Elizabeth and David Davies in Marchwiel 17th March 1823. On the certificate it says she is from Marchwiel but he was from Bangor (Isycoed). I shall revisit this branch later this week and try and delve a bit deeper. I live in Wrexham so can get to see the records easily. I believe Charles Prince went to live with his daughter's family in Birkenhead where he died but returned to this area to be buried. Hope this helps.
