I cannot find the Newman family in 1891 on the Census.

In 1881 they were at Hubert Road Northfield.
In 1901 they were in Heeley Road Selly Oak.
William Newman aged 50 in 1891 born Stoke Prior Worcs
Ann newman aged 51 born Bromsgrove Worcs
with Emma aged 23
William aged 16 a Clerk in 1901
Alice aged 14 a Seamstress in 1901

Can anyone help ?
