could I please ask for a lookup of the 1841 census I don't know anything outher than what I have from the 1851 Carlisle census
John Sewell he would be about 12-13years old  and was working in the cotton mills all I know is he was born Preston  Lancs he gives different ages on the census  his parents may have been
John Sewell b carlisle cumberland cotton weaver
Mary Sewell b Carlisle cumberland
by 1851 he was living as a lodger in Botchergate Carlisle
