I wonder if this is the family in 1881, with Mabel enumerated as Mary? Can't see a birth registration for Mary Addicott at this time.

Hello

My great grandmother was Elsie Amelia addicott who was from Wales, married a Richard Sampson Higgins.

My great gran would tell us about being giving away to live with her aunt and uncle by her mum after her mum had other children. The aunt was baron - Nan Harding was the name they used.
