Marriage Aylestone/Newtown Linford
« on: Saturday 24 November 07 12:23 GMT (UK) »
Hi!  I'm hoping someone can help me with a marriage between William Iliff(e), b Aylestone Nov 1807, and Elizabeth ?? b c1808 in Newtown Linford.  I don't know the marriage date, but the first child (Fanny) was born in Aylestone in 1826.  Then William (1832) and Joseph (1835), both Aylestone.

Many thanks, Peter.

Hi Mike:  thanks, as usual, for the efficient, effective and prompt response!

I have no doubt that this is what I'm looking for.  I clearly have the d.o.b. wrong for Fanny, must check my source.

I have the younger George born (or baptised) 15 Nov 1807, in Aylestone.   Do you have easy access to records that would confirm this, particularly with details of his mother?

Thanks in hope, Peter

Mike:  thanks yet again!  Presumably you're using an electronic source - can I ask you which one?  Or would that be giving away trade secrets!?!?

Reagrds, Peter
