The Census shows that it's Comely Park. The Postal Address Book has Comely Park Terrace, Comley Park, North Craigs, Rumford, and Comely Place.

If you go to Multimap and key in 'Comely Park, Falkirk', you'll get an exact location or key in the Post code which is FK1 1QD.

Comely Park Terrace probably looks exactly the same now as it did in 1899 - terraced houses on each side of the road which is only around 200 yeards long.

PS: On the certificate, the flourish at the start of the 'N' in NISBET is interfering with the superscript 's' at the end of Tho^s - making the 's' look a bit like an 'l'.

I'll let you into a secret.  The address was easy.  The given name of Mr NISBET was a challenge!  I even had to check out the SP index for the marriage to find it    Then, of course, things fell into place.
