14th census usa = philadelphia, PA

anyone know how I can find info on the 14th usa census ?   Found my long lost grandaddy on the 13th and wondered if the 14th one has gone public yet? (Thats the one for 1920!!)  If so how do I find it and if not when will it be out.

Can you tell me where George was born.....I don't see him in Philly.

Also...was he 50 in 1920?

George John Smart born 1870 Halesowen Gloucester (was married to Lilian but left for usa around 1908) and she re-married, so I don;t know if he re-married or not)   His mother died 1919 and was still under the impression he lived in Philadelphia, according to her will.
In the 1910 census he was with a cousin Thomas L. Smart  -  but that is where the trail goes cold.
I have tried death records but have drawn a blank there too.

Yes he was 50 in 1920 - I do not know if he re=married in America - hope you can help
