What sad news, my prayers  go out to all who knew and loved Peter, he will be sadly missed

I would like to add my own condolences . Peter  helped me immensely when I first started here on Rootschat , his help was invaluable.
He will be greatly missed.

I have not yet managed to trace my Capohursts back to Cheshire, though I live in hope, so I have never met Peter. However, if he was a moderator on Roots, I know he must have been a pretty decent chap, and that's good enough for me.

I may only have met Peter here on RootsChat, but he will be sorely missed by us all.  I really appreciated his help and wise words.  :'(  :'(
