Thankyou Deb

The Sarah you found looks good to me..........the next question is....why can't I see her with my census provider?............£40 something a year for the 1841/1861 & 1871, the 1841 is brilliant and the transcribers deserve medals, the other two + a few add ons are poor

Is their anyone else in tents around them in 1861 please?

Merry Christmas  :)

Thankyou bearkat

The Smith's are good

If true they had a sense of humour.........grandaughter URIAH

"Normally" the families tend to congregate together..........not on census day however!

Merry Christmas  :)

Hi Bryant

I rechecked the 1861 and Sarah and her aunt and uncle are the only ones in tents in the Hamlet ....

I will try and follow them . A Question ~ Where does daniel Butler fit into the scheme of things?

i am not sure why you cannot spot them with you census provider  :-\

Hi Bryant

I am still searching ...no luck as yet ... did you notice in 1881 when Eli and sarah were living in Gypsy Tents , on the next page were ... Charles Davis 44 and Leticia  Davis, 40 , his sister . Both still unmarried.

Both of their ages are off a little ...LOL ...now he is older than her , but place of birth still the same. If we could find them in 1871 ...I am sure we will find Sarah and Eli .
