A list of names I am researching.............

I am researching a number of names in the Lancashire and Cheshire area and noticed this morning that there is a way for us to include our families names below our name each time we post a message. Hopefully I have changed my format/address to include this and our friendly list members might respond to some of my names.

In the meantime I would like to wish you all an old fashion very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

mike...most of my rellies from cheshire....go to
www.csc.liv.ac.uk/~cprdb/        click on database........then either  babtisms/marriages/burials.....then type in surname....then submit......go`s back to 1500`s in some cases...you will find ie, 
holt    william  7850523   ..just put a (1) in front..this becomes 17852002...1785(year)..05(month)..20(date)....20th may 1785........its a little complicated at first,but a very informative site......good luck...allan..(just been on this site,there are 43 `sproston babtisms from 1600`s to 1867)
