Frome: Beckington/Lullington Birthdays - approx 1860-1920

Hi there,

I recently came accross my grandfather's birthday book (he was Alfred William Henry Rose), in the process of adding birthdates to my own family tree, I transcribed other birthdays that I found in the book, someone on this forum might find them useful, see below.  Unfortunately he didn't put years in, but he did put first names (or common names) and surnames...

If anyone finds these relevant or useful, please get in touch with me, as I'm also trying to find out where any of these people might fit into my own research - whether they might be part of the family tree or not...

I also have birthdays for Biggs and Stokes, also from Beckington/Lullington, haven't included them here, but will if anyone is interested, so let me know!

I'd be really interested in the BIGGS birthdays, please.  I'm not sure that I recognise any of the other surnames though.

I'm not sure why I didn't transcribe them, but I'll get hold of my grand-dad's book again and put them up for you in a couple of weeks (my mom has it and she lives about 500km away!)

Here you go with the BIGGS birthdays ... I didn't include them because they were all in my own tree, my logic (not very logical, I'm afraid in this instance...) was that because they were in my tree, no-one would be interested in them...go figure!!!   

I've got:

John BIGGS, b 31 Jan 1872 (married Annie ROSE in 1897)
Winifred BIGGS, b 1898 - sorry, no date yet...
Leonard J BIGGS, b 13 April 1900 (Beckington)
Emily BIGGS, b abt 6 Oct 1905 - this date was a bit unclear, hence the abt... (Beckington)

They would have been my grandfather, Alfred William Henry ROSE's cousins.

If it is the right family, PM me and I'll give you more information about the ROSE side of the family if you're interested!

Same logic with the STOKES birthdays...and some others, so I've included the ones in my tree below:
