There are two extracted baptism entries at Clophill on the IGI - Susannah Garner daughter of George and Elizabeth on 14 Feb 1830, which fits with the one that Jill found in 1851.
The other was Susannah Garner baptised 26 Sept 1827 daughter of William & Susannah, who must have been the one who married Frederick Titmas - the marriage, extracted, is on the IGI and her father is shown as William
In 1841 Susan Garner 14 and William Garner 12 were living in the same house as Daniel and Susan Odell, both 45 (which covered an age range of 45-49 as ages over 15 were rounded down to the nearest 5 below) in Clophill (also in the house was Sarah Parrel, 40 - presumably the same Sarah Parrell - not Parnell -, aunt, living with the Titmas's in 1851). Susannah Garner married Daniel Odell in Clophill in 1831 (IGI). A William Garner was buried in Clophill on 15 Sept 1829. Looks very likely that Susan (Garner) Titmas's father died in 1829, her mother remarried Daniel Odell, and they were all living together in 1841.
Susan Parrell married William Garner in 1815 (IGI) and the baptisms of Susan and Sarah Parrell are on the IGI also as extracted entries so are reliable. Looks pretty conclusive that Sarah Parrell was Susan Titmas's aunt (her mother's sister) which ties the relationships up pretty well. I think you can save the £7 for her marriage cert!
