National Roll of Great War Lookup please

Ive mislaid my National Roll CD :-[ could i ask anyone who has a copy to see if there are any H(HERBERT) Brook listed for Bradford or Leeds he was numbered 18/404 a Bradford Pal (18th West Yorks)discharged sometime with wounds or sickness.

10 years of searching and Ancestry comes up trump's on the WFA pension ledgers turns out he lived in Wyke  Bradford born 1888 discharged May 18 GSW head.

Silver War badge transcription on FindMyPast enlisted 6 Mar 1915 but you may have this.
