1841 census for parts of Essex & Suffolk
« on: Monday 29 March 04 23:09 BST (UK) »
Hi all,
I find it extremely useful, you may. I have a search engine of parts of Essex, & Suffolk which is searchable by surname only. It is password protected, but then I am so  impressed with this site, I am releasing the password. There are absolutley hours of work in this, but as a one person band, I cannot cover everything.
Link is http://kevw.net/SelectEvery.htm and any other links you may find asking for a password are the same.
Password is zedonk - note my links with Colchester zoo (the place where the zedonk live), and where they have just bred their second baby elephant in less than two years! Briiliant place. I will not go into the genealogical history of the zedonk.
Please enjoy. I hope it is useful. Search using the first three letters of a surname, and remember we all make transcription errors, so verify data from another source.
