Has anyone had any issues running the British Vital Records Index on Vista?

As Downside has said the link provided shows a number of discussions about using the BVRI discs with Vista. Unfortunately the situation seems to be that it either works first time with no problems or you end up trying various fixes and workaround solutions.

I didn't have to post a query, I was looking for help on the same topic and found it! Many thanks, my problem also solved.

Now if only someone could help me with my poor old Family Tree Maker 2005 !!

When I tried to install FTM 2005 on my new computer (Vista) I got the message "Windows cant install Amyuni Document Convertor 2.10 kernel-mode print driver"
I had a look on the internet and it seems I'm not alone there either! But no solutions had been found.

Thanks for that Downside, I downloaded the update - I'm still getting the same message - but now I can open and work with my files.
