Hi

To save duplicating info you may already have - can you clarify exactly what you already know and what you are still looking for ?

(eg) do you already have him on censuses from 1841 onwards?

Do you already know who he married and who his children were?

Do you already know where and when he died

The 1851 has an entry with that profile but he is not living in Kent - he is in St Pancras Middlesex

Hi

As I am new to this, I am sorry for not giving all the information.

I have Thomas from 1851, he was living in St. Pancras London.

He is married to a Harriet.

I wondered if anyone has a baptism of a Thomas Harrison in the Seal parish or local to it.

Thanks

Hi Tricia

No problem - you may already know about this entry on the IGI - it is a submitted entry - not an extracted record - but it only tells you what you already know.  Unfortunately there is nothing else on the IGI or BVRI with his parents shown.  The BVRI has a 1791 entry but for Gillingham which appears to be a distance from Seal

Thomas Harrison  Birth:  1791   Seal, Kent
Record submitted after 1991 by a member of the LDS Church. No additional information is available. Ancestral File may list the same family and the submitter.

Have you seen the actual 1851 image?  I think it's more than a coincidence that this family are 2 entries away from your Thomas and look at Henry's occupation - same as Thomas's

Henry Harrison 37 coachmaker b Dartford Kent
Maria   33 b   M'sex St Giles
Henry 7 b Marylebone
Maria  5  b St James
Caroline 3  b St Pancras
Emma 3 months b St Pancras

HENRY HARRISON   Christening:  24 JUL 1814   Ightham, Kent,
Father:  THOMAS HARRISON     Mother:  HARRIET

Possible marriage for Thomas & Harriet

THOMAS HARRISON    Spouse:  HARRIOT BURGESS
Marriage:  14 JUN 1812   Halstead, Kent, England

Just signed up on here and found your old post. If you need any more on Harrison's in Seal and St Pancras I have a done a load of research on them.
