COMPLETED Blunham PR lookup - Marriage MUSICK/NORMAN
« on: Saturday 09 February 08 07:47 GMT (UK) »
Thomas MUSICK married Elizabeth NORMAN at Blunham on 26 Oct 1797.

If someone has access to the transcript I'd be very grateful for a look up to see if Thomas's parish of residence is quoted - hopefully Northill

Many thanks

David

As and when John. No rush - it's been there for 200+ years, so it'll be there in a week or month or whenever!

Did YOU have a fruitful time at BLARS yesterday?

Bedford Archives are red hot - ordered two more fiches on Tuesday, they arrived yesterday. Realised this morning that I should have added Blunham as well! Next order... at this rate I'll soon have a full set

Jean's arriving in the morning for a week so I might be a bit quiet for a few days

Thanks very much John. Interesting these Musicks. They seemed to start in Soham, Cambs, and fizzled out there before 1700. But they were all called Oliver, and one of them pitched up in Northill in 1688, and founded the Beds Musickal orchestra.

Scorcher here again today. Tee shirt weather. We had to move the table into the shade it was so hot! Boys say chin chin!
