There are some photo's of Mercers Row, Louth on this website, although they are from the 1950's

was wondering if Rock House Upgate,  just had a house number in 1901, I had a look, being as you posted the Mercer's Row one, just before I did

I thought the same thing Ricky. 

I had a quick look at 1891 - MAWERs the Butcher had 30 Mercer Row, possibly father of the 1901 chap.
