I am interested in the PEARCE & DODSON family in Wilstead 1841 Census?

It looks as though it's also called Wilhamstead and there are a few Pearce names cropping up there.

All born in county.

Can you imagine this strapping Wilstead farmer going into the pub after a hard day in the fields, and other tipplers all greeting him "Hello Lovey"

I think 'Lovey' was a strapping female farmer?!

Sure confused the enumerator, as he crossed out the age in the female column and put it in the male column (but in 1851 I grant you "he" was described as sister in law and age was in female column!).
