1) Help Section
I'm wondering what page are you on when you try to get help? Is it the third button on the RootsChat menu? Is anybody else having problems with accessing the help pages?

2) Print Problem
Is this print problem after presing the "Print" button under a message, then selecting print on your browser (ie. the black and white text version), or is it just when printing a page by selecting print on your browser (graphics and all)?

I would upgrade to Firefox or to IE, or even get the current version of Netscape which is at least 7.2 I think

1) The "lost page" - it it a RootsChat "lost page" suggesting that you search for your topic, or is it a plain white page? Also when you are about to click on the help button (or should I say, when you hover your mouse over it), what address do you see in your 'status bar' (the bar that runs along the bottom of Netscape?)

2) Are you able to print from pages that are not a reply?

I tried Firefox but found the clunky Netscape style of toolbar was oppressive after using Google. Is there  a way of using Firefox with a Google toolbar?

Question 2 first:-
No I cannot get a legible reading from any form of printing.

Question 1:-
When I push the help button (3rd from left) at the top of the screen I get
this message,Lost Page-genealogy,Family History Messaging Forum and More.
When I put the curser over 'help' (3rd button from left) the only message is help.
There is no address.
There is nothing from the toolbar at the bottom of screen either.

I have uninstalled printer,rebooted computer.Reinstalled printer>Rebooted computer
and tried again.
Still the same.Is there some way that I can send an attchment with what has been printed ???

Baldy ... the problems you are experiencing are I believe down to your browser ... Netscape went through a pretty bad patch from version 4 up to version 6 . The latest version as has been said is version 7.2  which is an excellent product and is available as a free download from http://channels.netscape.com/ns/browsers/download.jsp.

Firefox is also an excellent browser and the current version (v 1) can be obtained from http://www.mozilla.org/products/firefox/
