This looks like Edward Ingram 1851 - only one born Montgomery, need father's name I should think to confirm.  Welsh names a bit difficult to make out.

Just looking where places are in relation, 
Edward Ingram b 1847 says born Moughtrey in 1851 and in 1881 when he is married says born Penstrowed/Penystrywaid.  These are about two miles apart.
