Where in Canada is that?  I often go to the Eastern Townships in Que.  But now that one needs a passport for even a daytrip there I may not go . Lea

I'd photocopied some old photos to send to my sister earlier today. I guess that's why I typed the family names into Google tonight. I've never search for family before; anyway...

I think that Patrick and James might be my grandfather's brothers. He was Thomas Doyle and married Catherine O'Toole. We might be distant cousins (2nd?). The story I've got is that Michael Doyle and Mary Gibbons are the ggg-parents.

We seem to share Great Great Grandparents, Michael Doyle and Mary Gibbons, Stratford-on-Slaney area, S.W. Wicklow.

There children were Patrick (my great grandfather), Michael, John, Thomas, Edward, Mary, Catherine, Joseph, Malachy, James, Philip, Dennis and Elizabeth.

I show that Thomas (born Nov. 7, 1875 - died Dec. 21, 1933) married Catherine O'Toole (born 1879 - died Jan. 19, 1920) at Winetavern, Stratford-on-Slaney. They had 8 children, born in Dublin, Evelyn (died as a baby), Mary (Daisy), Patrick (Patsy), Thomas, Kathleen, Margaret, Sheela and Sean.

I am also searching for my GGGrandparents I found them living in Bray through Griffiths Evaluation, the address was Main St Bray,  their names are Ellen/Eliza Doyle and Michael Moore they married in 1844. Ellen's father was Terence Doyle any info would be appreciated.

Welcome to RootsChat Christine.
It's difficult to tell from your post what you need help with.
Where did Michael and Ellen get married? What parish and religion.
Ellen and Eliza I don't think are usually interchangeable.
Have you got all of Michael and Ellen's children? Were they baptised in the same parish their parents married?
