seeking any info on ggrandfather George Bristow bn chelsea england ? about 1842 died albany w.a. 1915 wife Elizabeth Oates Cornwall believed married South Australia.  his life before Albany is a complete mystery may have been ab seaman from england stories are that he was at sea for 20 yrs then jumped ship and moved around a ustralia a lot

I should add  that a copy  of  the birth certificate  of  one of  the children  in Victoria  should  render some  most helpfull  information for  you
