Simpson, Low, Nicol, Grant
« on: Saturday 15 January 05 20:40 GMT (UK) »
I'm a beginner at this and looking for my roots from Angus. I know that Alexander Simpson was born in 1857 to William and Elisebeth Low Simpson and married Elizabeth Nicol in 1881 (Parish of Edzell). Elizabeth's father was John Nicol and mother Catherine Grant Nicol. I would like ANY info :) Thanks so much!

Has anyone any details of the marriage of Elizabeth Nicol born 1738 Montrose to Alexander Spark on 5 Jun 1763 in Montrose.

I am trying to find where Alexander came from and who his parents were.

Elizabeth's parents were Peter Niccol and Mary Walsh who married 27 June 1736 in Montrose

Cheers Jane
