Hoping that someone can help me locate information about what happened to this regiment - apparently it was disbanded in 1942. I am trying to trace my uncles father W/Bdr Harry Edward Thompson No 881903, who was stationedin Iceland in early 1941/1942. If anyone can give me any leads at all it would be greatly appreciated.
