I too am looking for people (b) in Ireland from 1797 to 1817 and have found that w/out at least a town/parish/county name it is almost impossible to locate them.  Just having the county name even is nearly useless as there are so many towns and parishs in each county.  My problem is compounded due to the fact the 1841 census' were destroyed and my people Left Ire. by the time the 1851 census was taken.  I am at a dead end but keep troding on ever hopeful of finding my Jenkins/Salmon/Dwyer's.   Leagen
