Lyne Family - Paignton

Hi.I am in NZ.I am trying to find out more about my Grandmothers family surname Lyne.
Some went to Victoria,Aust.(Melbourne) and from there to Perth,Western Australia.
Lyne family I believe were known around Paignton and Cornwall.One was a barrister at Temple Bar in London and JP.
Any info very welcome. Or contact with anyone who is researching this family.

can you give a time scale to this information you are seeking? Is it 1800s or 1900s?
Do you have names of the jp and the barrister?

Are you seeking census returns, directory enteries or just looking for anything ,any date etc?

If you give a little more information someone might be able to point you ibn the right direction or furnish you with the information you require.

De Castro Fisher Lyne     b 1835 in Roche ,Cornwall.
married to
Penelope Wheler Cotton b 2 sept 1834

children included
Edward Arundel Lyne b 1866 in Paington Devon
(my great grandfather)
went to Melbourne Aust with a brother
married
Frances Catherine Hill (also english but not known where born or when)
had 2 children
Catherine Georgina Agnes Lyne
(my grandmother) born 1887 in Melbourne Aust
and
Penelope Ivy Lyne (younger possibly by 4 years also born in Melbourne)
Edward moved his family to Perth Western Aust when girls were quite young.
Confirmation of dates and months (if poss) and places also any reason for moving from Cornwall to Devon.
De Castro Fisher Lyne 1835-1917 is also listed as of Heartfield Paignton Devon...was that his house or what?Does it still exist or any info
he was Barrister at Middle Temple 1856 of Trinity CollegeCambridge and JP for Co of Devon from 1866 born at Roche June 27 1835
1901 cnsus has De Castro F Lyne Barrister at Law 67 Upper Tollington Pk Hornsey......was that his office?
any info on him or Edward would be very very welcome

Interested in DeCastro Fisher Lyne.......where did he and his family live........and does that building/house still exist?Also checking of facts of birth /death and career......any info very welcome.He was known in family as Cassie.Evidently quite a character......

When i saw eldest 2 children born St Austell I expected to find them in Cornwall for the 1861 census but alas no sign of them sorry so can assume they must have moved to Devon soon after Charles birth...Kris
