hi it wont let me add any surnames to my surname interest s every time i type a surname in and press save it comes up with my username is wrong but im already logged in all im trying to do is add my surname interest but its not working quiet disappointed

I think you might need to make 2/3 posts before system will allow you to add names- if you reply to my post then try again it might work for you.

I think I must be doing something wrong......  :(

I put my main surnames in the table ages ago but now you've enhanced things (thanks Bob!) I want to add occupations and some comments. (Not too sure what Sig is, or I might want to add that too....  ::) )

Anyway, I've highlighted the name and pressed 'edit' but nothing happens. I'm using Firefox - could that affect it?
Any census information included in this post is Crown Copyright, from www.nationalarchives.gov.uk
Especially looking for - Sealey, Rogers, Cannings, Box, Sheppard in Wiltshire; Virgin, Slade, Abbott, Saint, Harper, Silverthorn in Somerset; and Virgin, Tarr, Beer in Devon

And most especially the origins of William Cannings,  a Baptist, born abt 1791 in Broughton Gifford, Wiltshire

Hi Angela,

I've haven't had time to update the help pages yet, but basically,

1) click on the edit button to get a list of your entries, and then
2) click on the edit icon (if you hover over the icon, it will show a tool-tip "Edit or Delete record".

The page Others With My Interests won't open for me. Is there a problem with it or has it been closed?
