A wee quick try.
POSTEES: If possible, PLEASE, scan your images at 300 - 600 dpi, for both ease of restoration and best results
RESTORERS: Feel free to change/improve/colour any restorations posted by myself.  Acknowledgment would be appreciated.

Any chance you can rescan this at a higher resolution. This is 96dpi and it needs to be between 300-600dpi to get a good restore.
