60+ years after WWII - Tracing relatives
« on: Wednesday 28 May 08 17:37 BST (UK) »
The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), the  National Red Cross and the Red Crescent Societies are still receiving tens of thousands of requests from people attempting to trace relatives with whom they lost touch during the Second World War. Thanks to the hard work of the ICRC and Red Cross/Red Crescent tracing officers families who were torn apart during the six-year conflict are still being reunited.  www.icrc.org/Web/Eng/siteeng0.nsf/html/wwII-missing-08052005
