Hmmmmm I don't think the Norfolk Frederick is yours, his birth record doesn't have the William middle name, however that may have been added at a later date....

There is a  1875 birth for a Frederick William Housego in Mile End though.... but I can't see him on any census

Don't know whether these Howsegos will tie in with yours but love the last child's name!  Obviously had a a sense of humour ;D (think it should be Arthur, as, in 1852, theres a death registration for an Arthur Howsego in Westbourne)

This is excellent.

I have just found William Frederick's (Frederick William) - what a nightmare! grave.  He is buried in a public grave in Manor Park cemetary, East London, He was buried on 17 Dec 1923.  But because it is a public grave, unless he died at the same time as someone else in the family, they wont be together, how sad  :(

Blimey im totally speechless, i feel really thick now, i never seem to find anything!!

Im doing the Howsego side for my great uncle, his the only Howsego left in our family now, i'll be ringing him tonight with all of this info, he will be so pleased!!
