Hi Tiggi :)

Question .... why are details on anther site and not on ancestry ? I wonder if I will find my missing peeps on the other site?

deb

PS ... anyone have the Richards in their family ... Carnation Richards (= Christopher penfold, who also married Maria Boswell) , mother of eddy Penfold?

Hi Deb (and any one)  please can you put dates in queerys like this,  I will glad help if poss but I know several of you are related and know what the others are  about - sadly (so far I am not)  but I have a resonable set of resources for the Oxford/Berkshire area.   The details I found were on the Origins site - Matilda then found them on Find my past - we have no idea why they aren't on ancestry - but certainly a lesson learnt

 :)

no nothing we need his birth, william edwin ddi look good but he had no other middle names on the marriage and detah cert and also there wasa William with fatehr Thomas over in wales, Thomascame from Dorset originally but we just dont know, oh the welsh Williams age was out by almost 10 years if you are going on his detah date or 5 years if you go by his marriage age  ::)
there are just too many i think for Matilda to buy the certs for on t the proviso that the father is Thomas
