Hi

First child only born around 1843 so I doubt they were married by 1841.  No children to link to on the 1841 and no husbands name.

She was 28 in 1851 so approx 18 in 1841.  Ages were rounded down so she would appear as 15 in 1841.

I tried the 1861 to see if I could find Gwenllian & the other children.

Nothing for Gwenllian

2 possible entries for John - 1842 b Penderyn or 1843 b Llangamarch.  In both cases occupation was servant

Possible Anne Jones b 1844 Llangamarch - servant

Possible Sarah b 1850 Llanwrtyd - servant

I think the only way of getting the fathers name is from Davids marriage cert
