Can anybody tell me which local office holds the Birth Registration documents for a birth registered in Newcastle in Emlyn 1871/72?

Thanks

I did a google search and it would seems that prior to 1897 the district was
Cenarth - from 1897 to 1936 was Newcastle Emlyn and after 1/7/1936 became Cardiganshire South so I guess the latter is the correct one now.
