japanese translation..... wanted

hi all,
 i have finally got hold of my uncle's pow index card.unfortunately, the lady of a friend of mine, who normally translates these things for him is in hospital.( my prayers go out to her)
so, i am in need of a translation.
can anyone help?

My hubby speaks and can read some Japanese, but is currently abroad on business.  Do you want me to ask him to try to  translate something when he returns? Where is it?!
Could be  three weeks or more at least, as when he gets back we are then on hol

We have a student of Japanese here ... he can probably make a good shot at it.

thanks for the offer, i haven't uploaded them yet as they are quite big, will see if lydarts student can help first, if you don't mind

He emailed me ... says the writing is very untidy, but his Japanese fiance is helping ...

Might it be a good idea to put up a photo on here like you sent me, just so others can see what a POW card is like ?   Just an idea ...
