Hi Frances

I saw on www.freebmd.org.uk that Frederick Burr and Sarah Alice E. Oliver were married in 1871 (Jul-Sep 1871: Chelsea 1a 377).  As Henry was born in 1866, it therefore seemed likely that Henry's original surname was Oliver.  I had some spare credits on www.1837online.com, so checked for you.  This could well be him:
