"Find on page" in Vista - how?

I'm looking something up for a fellow Rootschatter on a web page with lots of material on it - it would help a great deal if I could do a "find on this page" search as I used to be able to do with Internet Explorer.

Can anybody enlighten me as to how I might be able to do this? ???

Hi Anna

I'm no expert but I think you need to right click on the bar next to the tabs - you will then see a drop down menu.
 
Click next to Menu Bar at the top of the list then you will see the words

File/Edit/View/Favorites/Tools/Help   ...just like before :)

doesn't a simple search work ??

just press <Ctrl> and <F> simultaneously, then you should get a search box opening ......

Heather and Bob - you have both made my day!  Both of those work and I am ridiculously thrilled to be reunited with my menu bar.  I didn't know about Ctrl F, so am thrilled with that too.
