The original church consecrated in 1889 was destroyed by enemy action in 1941.

Thank you ShaunJ and Dancing Master for going to the trouble of looking for me.

Dancing Master, an online contact whose father used the church in the early 1900's had a drive around the area a couple of days ago and said that it was now gone.  I will phone the number you gave though in case he got mixed up about where it should be.

ShaunJ it's good to see the photo's.  My grandparents married there in 1909 and so it would have been in the original church that was destroyed in the blitz.

It is/was Church of England.
