I have a Margaret McShane - born circa 1795; Died 18th May 1875 in Clonalig. Occupation: Charwoman

Margaret married James Hughes (Blacksmith) in Drumacon, Co. Monaghan

The Hughes line is my direct decendants.

carragher is my line  the name changes quite a lot, aka kerrecher carrigher and carricker are just some of the different names it has popped up as

oh and my gggggfather was michael carragher married mary cardle in  monagahn about 1830 they went over to scotland then into england few years later
