I can give you some information to be going on with but you need a more expert paleographer (handwriting expert.)The Death took place on 6 Sept 1938 at 23.50 hours.  I think the deceased is Theodor Gmach (>) living in Munich at Openstrasse 11 (number comes after street) he was born in Rötz.
Father had same name and occupation ?master.
Mother née Krauss.
The deceased married Anna Murin, née Bandl, who died and last lived in Munich.
I apologise this is by no means fully accurate or complete, but if you know nothing at all just might help if you have further info. Christian name may not be Theodor.  Someone more competent will help I am sure.
Best wishes

I am not sure that I have the street name quite right (the handwriting is difficult) so you will need to check.  Glad I managed the names.  There will be more information about occupation (don't think it was Burgomaster but something ending the same) so I veery much hope you will have a better and complete translation soon.
