My grt grandmother was called Bridget Mcneeny before she married John Durkin. They both show on the census as born in Ireland Cork.in 1854 and 1851.They married in oldham lancashire in 1884.By 1901, still living in oldham they had 5 daughters and 2 sons.As the name Mcneeny is comparatively rare I would love to hear from anyone with this name in their tree.
