Hi I have found out I think I am related to Anne Askew who married a John Munks. His son William Munks married Georgetta Virginia Musson - any relation?

I am related in part to Georgetta's second husband Clarke Harvey. :)

My Grandmother, born in Grantham 1888, was Mary Elizabeth Morley.  Her father David Morley, a bootmaker, born Long Bennington.  His father and grandfather both Isaac Morley farmer, ag/lab.  They trace back to Keyworth,, Notts, Orston = Ann Bugg, with a marriage in the late 1600s = Mary Winfield, Willoughby-on-the Wolds.   Maybe we link at some stage.

Lincs: Kendall, Clark, Morley,Vincent, Withers, Barlow,Dawson.

Hi Brenda,

I believe we are definitely connected. I’m related to William Morley who is the son of John Morley and Rhoda Peake. Do you have any information on William Morley, their son? My family lives in the states so I would love to learn more on who came over etc.  Look forward to hearing from you!

Jenni

Without any dates and events, CMB, I am unable to say how we are connected if at all.
I have found no Peake family in my ancestry.   Can you give more information?   Was this William born in Grantham, was he educated at the King's school, did he become Postmaster
for Spalding?   This William was my great-uncle = Ethel Topham.  He was born 21 April 1896.

Bracken bury along with Edenbrow(ought) are names I believe peculiar to Lincolnshire. Most names in this thread seem to be from the north. Mine (Luffman) is an interloper (1790s) from Somerset.
Ayres Brignell Cornwell Harvey Shipp  Stimpson Stubbings (all Cambs) Baumber Baxter Burton Ethards Proctor Stanton (all Lincs) Luffman (all counties)
