Williams help needed.

I have Thomas Williams died aged 25 in Gallipolli. pte 11748 .2nd batt Sth Wales borderers.
Son of Watkin Williams, husband of Mary M Jones ( previously ) Williams, 26 Cwm Graig Dowlais.
Thomas and Mary had a son Thomas Moses Williams.
Can any one help me trace this family. :)
There is one match in 1901 but they are not the correct ones.

 I now have Thomas Moses Williams born 8.8 .1913 at 26 Cwm Graig ,Dowlais -father Thomas Williams- mother Mary Williams formely Davies-
Thomas Williams ,coal miner --register book of births no 168 registered 15th September 1913 at Merther Tydfil upper.

Hi there

Thomas would have been aged around 10-12 at the time of the 1901 Census. I can certainly see one match for him, living in Cilybeyll Glamorgan with parents Watkin and Ann Williams. [RG 13/5065 folio 108 page 14]  Is this the one you discounted? If so why?

I found a relation of these on Ge Ru , she is a descendant of this Thomas, he was still alive in 1950.
Still stuck  ???
