1831 marriage lookup?

on 07 OCT 1831 in Llanfihangel-Ar-Arth. For Moses Evans & Mary Jones.

I would like more information than what the LDS site gives me. I would like to know if they were english or Walsh. I believe Mary was born on Aug 25, 1807 in Herefordshire, but I have no way to confirm it. I have no info on Moses.

They had a daughter Mary Ann on March 8, 1830, in BRECOMSHIRE before heading to US.

If Mary was born in Herefordshire she would have been English NOT Welsh.  Breconshire is in Wales and a lot of people, my grandparents included, moved from Herefordshire into Wales (Herefordshire is on the border) to find work.
